The mayors of Debrecen and Bihardiószeg (Romania) have signed a contract about a future co-operation between the two cities on the 26th of May when László Papp visited the Romanian town.
Bihardiószeg is also known as “the vineyard of Debrecen”. The city of Debrecen is planning to plant grape vine in the Romanian town.
