Imre Pákh, owner of the well-known painting by the Hungarian Mihály Munkácsy with the title Golgota, will take away this part of the Munkácsy-trilogy from Debrecen.

Hungarian National Bank has offered 6 million dollars for the painting, but the owner asked for 9 million, thus Golgota will be removed from the Déri Museum on the 25th of June.

Until then visitors can see the trilogy in the museum in the regular visiting hours.
